From time to time I go back to the hitchhikers books and I always picture Simon Pegg as Arthur Dent.

Saw it recently and was surprised to see Freeman as Arthur as my memory of watching this (when it came out) was Simon Pegg playing the lead role!

Freeman is pretty much my dream casting.

Don't worry, so many remakes are being produced that for sure some day we will see Simon Pegg as the lead.
