Not the best, but better than a lot of horror movies you find on Netflix. Worth watching if you're a fan of the genre.
Yeah I agree, it wasnt bad. Although I thought the "twist" was pretty obvious and I didn't like how a couple of the main characters were offed without much tension. Also the ending reminded me of that Aaron Paul one, Welcome Home.
That twist is a clear indicator of a young film student that has no real experience in making movies.
The whole movie is just an average survival horror, there are so many movies with the same premise it's just became a horror cliche. But some of these movies still have mature approach and do it quite well, for example The Ritual from 2017 is very fine example of what can be done with exactly same material. But that movie just makes a Wrong Turn (lol) with that twist. That self aware and self ironic theme belongs in film student short movies, not in the feature films with real production value and good actors. Very disappointing.
P.S: it is a second movie I've seen with Matilda Lutz, first one is Revenge, in which she is running for her life and needs to get herself together to turn things around and enact revenge on her tormentors. Besides looking fine as hell, she does a decent job in both. Hope to see her in more stuff.

I loved it..and UNMorbid horror movies usually go the "horror/comedy" route..this isn't one of them thankfully!
