Somewhere in Eastern Europe during WW II. The Nazis have captured a Swedish scientist, whom they want to create weapons of mass-destruction for them, and then a group of local rebels will have to free him from the Nazis before they run out of time. To help them with this task, they have sought the aid of a couple of American pilots

Quelque part en Yougoslavie, dans l'intimité d'une raffinerie surprotégée, les SS peaufinent un bien mauvais coup. Le professeur Amundsen, détenteur d'un prix Nobel, travaille pour eux sur la création d'une arme qui s'annonce ravageuse. Pour empêcher l'achèvement de ses travaux et ramener Amundsen aux Etats-Unis, le capitaine Rosen et le sergent Grant sont parachutés dans le maquis où ils rejoignent les partisans yougoslaves...

Während des 2. Weltkriegs entwickelt ein schwedischer Wissenschaftler eine Geheimwaffe. Zwei US-Offiziere sollen unter allen Umständen verhindern, daß die Waffe den Nazis in die Hände fällt. Mit Unterstützung jugoslawischer Partisanen und nach zahlreichen Feuergefechten mit deutschen Truppen gelingt das Unternehmen.

II wojna światowa. Profesor Amundsen, szwedzki naukowiec, dokonuje odkrycia, które może zostać wykorzystane przez Niemców, starających się stworzyć nową broń. Jeśli naukowiec wpadnie w ręce nazistów, może to odwrócić bieg wojny. Alianci wysyłają więc szpiega, który ma za zadanie odbić profesora Amundsena.
