Overview
麥克 (威爾史密斯飾)與馬可士(馬汀勞倫斯飾)自從上次合作後，兩人不但是最佳拍檔，更成了如親人般的好友。這次他們被指派的任務是調查邁阿密當地一家高科技公司，而兩人也意外查訪出一件即將發生在邁阿密的驚人犯罪計劃。原來作惡多端的犯罪首腦想要獨吞所有邁阿密毒品交易市場，因此著手策劃一項血洗邁阿密的陰謀。但此同時，麥克因為想追求馬可士的妹妹希德而與馬克士鬧得不可開交，兩人無法合作的結果，不但會影響到整個邁阿密，同時也會將無辜的希德牽扯進去。這一對最佳拍檔要如何度過考驗他們友誼和辦案能力的重重難關，再度攜手合作，打擊犯罪？
