Yes, I just did.

I think the only production company credited onscreen is Dimension Films. However, Los Hooligans Productions's logo/name appears on the posters; see here and here. It's also listed with an "(uncredited)" attribution on imdb.

No, it's the other way around. Los Hooligans Productions is the production company, and Dimension Films only "presents" this film, meaning it distributes it (or, as the Wikipedia article puts it, by Miramax Films through Dimension Films):
