I remembering catching bits of pieces of this flick back in the 90s but never sat through the whole thing and now I know why. It's a prime example of jumbled up, incoherent story telling that you begin to wonder if the director actually thought he was being artistic with his non sequiturs and other inane shit sprinkled in there. I also love the magic gun at the end. I didn't know you can spray out 25 shots from a pistol with a non extended clip. Also, the guy is ten feet in front of you dude. How did he only tag him twice? I don't care how high he was. I really do think the director was going for the dream state in his scenes as you had all these scenes where people are getting shot and everyone around is all nonchalantly reacting like, "Oh well" . Garbage movie.
