碧 しの（あおい しの）は、日本の元AV女優。

以前は、「篠 めぐみ（しの めぐみ）」として活動。

El 21 de mayo de 2010 anunció su retiro en su blog oficial. Alrededor de 2012, cambió su nombre a Shino Aoi (碧 しの) y reanudó sus actividades. El 28 de noviembre de 2019 anunció en Twitter que se retiraría por motivos personales.
