曹政奭（조정석，Cho Jung-Seok），早期名字被音譯為趙正錫，韓國男演員、音樂劇演員，與韓國女歌手Gummy為夫妻。2004年通過登臺表演音樂劇《胡桃鉗》出道，而後長期活躍於音樂劇舞台上。2011年以MBN青春校園電視劇《what's up》中首次亮相小螢幕。2012年出演電影《初戀築夢101》和電視劇《愛上王世子》而被廣大觀眾所熟悉。2018年4月初在與文化倉庫合約期滿後，曹政奭成立名為「JS Company」的1人企劃公司，包括曹政奭與1位經紀人，2019年3月與JAM Entertainment簽訂專屬合約。

Jo Jung-suk (born 26 December 1980) is a South Korean actor. He began his career in theater, starring in Spring Awakening, Hedwig and the Angry Inch, and the stage adaptation of The Harmonium in My Memory, among many other musicals and plays.

After nearly a decade on the stage, Jo made his film debut as a comedic supporting actor in the 2012 box office hit Architecture 101, which became his breakout role. His versatility was further showcased by the television series The King 2 Hearts (2012), You're the Best, Lee Soon-shin (2013), Oh My Ghost (2015), and Don't Dare to Dream (2016), as well as films The Face Reader (2013), My Love, My Bride (2014) and My Annoying Brother (2016).

Ele foi dispensado do serviço militar devido a circunstâncias familiares. Ele é o principal cuidador e único provedor de sua mãe depois que perdeu o pai ainda jovem. Ele também abandonou a universidade e entrou na indústria de atuação para ganhar mais dinheiro.
