Biography

Shaun Paul Piccinino (Peach-ah-nino) is an award winning Filmmaker and Television Director.

He has been pursuing his passion of entertaining through the lens of a true fan of film & television. Since his move to Los Angeles from Northern California in 2001, he has worked in just about every aspect of the business. From acting, to action coordinating, from script writing to producing, from editing to visual effects, all the way to feature film directing. Shaun has become an extremely well rounded filmmaker. This gives Shaun a special understanding of most departments, what they do, the intricacies, as well as their day to day struggles and how to over come them. This really helps in team building and reacting appropriate to problems should they arise on set. A very important key, to a smooth show.

A few early achievements include the hit Spike TV series, "Deadliest Warrior", where Shaun not only directed many episodes, he also portrayed Scottish hero William Wallace. Shaun has also performed in many projects, from the Call of Duty: Black Ops 2 (video game), "UFC Undisputed 1, 2, & 3" (video game)..."Spider-Man: Web of Shadows" (video game) and "The Lackey" (Award Winning Feature Film). As well as dozens of Visual Effects projects with ACME Film Works and the hit Cartoon Network Series, "Robot Chicken" with Seth Green.

He has trained in Martial Arts, is an AAU National Champion in Martial Arts, a 4th degree Black Belt Shaolin Kung Fu and 1st Degree Black Belt in Okinawan Karate. Shaun was able to use these skills in films, television and 37 action video games to date and even partaking in a shootout atop a moving train on ABC's hit show, "Revolution".
