Eddie Murphy's older brother "Charlie" has died. The cause was leukemia. Charlie contributed to the writing of films that Eddie starred in, but he's probably best known for his appearances on "Chappelle's Show." I also saw a taped stand-up performance of Murphy's years ago, and it was really funny. A radio personality said something that was resonant to me, when he stated that nobody had anything bad to say about Charlie.

Sad. I would have preferred Eddie to have died instead.

Nothing to do with my being a fan (which I am). I'm just talking about human decency. If that's above your pay grade, then even rules of engagement should kick in - you don't hit a guy between rounds.

Latest news is that Eddie was seen partying and celebrating Charlie's death

How people celebrate the life of their loved one is their business. Wishing death on someone because you don't like them/their work is not cool. Can we be done with this?

He was also seen dancing on his grave

He died Wednesday. Likely hasn't had the funeral yet, so there's no grave to be dancing on.
