1992年10月5日出生。毕业于安徽师范大学传媒学院播音主持专业。

2013年7月进入上海电影译制厂，目前在上海领声。

2018年9月22日，参与配音的动画电影《大闹西游》在中国大陆上映。

2019年7月13日，参与配音的网络动画《灵笼》播出。[5]8月9日，参与配音的游戏《最终王冠 X：新世界》开启全平台正式服。

2022年7月17日，发行合唱单曲《无限的奇迹2022》。[7]9月10日，参加的综艺节目《我是特优声剧团季》定档在哔哩哔哩播出。

配音代表作品：《精灵王座》《驯龙高手》TV版、《动物也疯狂》、《里约大冒险2》、《武庚纪》、《斗罗大陆》、《天行九歌》、《原神》、《崩坏3》《明日方舟》《无期迷途》 [34-35] [48] 等。陶典的配音自然清新，干净，甜美，被业界誉为"最年轻的童音"。
