Lubitsch films are pure fun. Sadly, there's little talk about him and his films in contemporary film discussions, despite him being highly influential. Most Billy Wilder films for example show a great amount of the famed Lubitsch Touch.

Sad, that he died too early. I wonder how his films would have evolved in the 1950s and 1960s. But then again his death must have been quiet something (read it up).
