Gene Kelly was outstanding and terrific - absolutely first rate - with the great dancing. But no one could ever "best" Fred Astaire!

I'm a huge fan of the Fred and Ginger movies - particularly Top Hat and Swing Time, two of the wittiest and most dazzlingly inventive of Hollywood musicals. Few star pairings had more electrifying chemistry.

I'm especially a fan of Top Hat. Such a terrific, thoroughly entertaining, funny movie. Besides Fred and Ginger being so wonderful in it, the supporting comedy actors/actress are absolutely hilarious!
