Reported Problem for Sayaka Okama

Extra Details: There's some sort of bug with the Japanese translation. I can't open it. The only way to edit the name is to change another translation and move that to the Japanese translation (which I've done). And if you look at the changelog, it shows I've "created" a Japanese translation five times.

It's fixed now. I couldn't add a Japanese translation either. I created a Spanish translation and now it is possible to open the Japanese translation. It seems that creating another translation other than Japanese fixed the issue.
