Biography

Jamal Nur Alam, known as Jamal Bulat, was an Indonesian actor and comedian. Jamal was first known for the role of Commander Executioner Tuyul "Pampam" in the soap opera "Tuyul & Mbak Yul". He was widely known for his eccentric accent when playing soap operas, he often addresses himself as "inyong" which means "me" in rough Javanese, and many other Javanese jargon that became popular. He died on 10 February 2009 at the age of 48, after battling complications from diabetes mellitus and heart disease.
