Bobby Boermans is a Dutch director and producer of films & television series. He directed the critically acclaimed high-end crime TV series The Golden Hour (2022) about the first 48 hours after a terrorist attack. He directed the cultural game-changer hit TV series Mocro Maffia (2018-2023), a crime series about rivaling gangs in Amsterdam, which resulted in six seasons and won the Dutch Academy Award for Best Drama-series and gained several spin-offs.

He also directed the intense F16 fighter series High Flyers (2020) for which he collaborated with the Royal Dutch Air Force and the popular multi-season drama series The Neighbors (2014-2019), Which sold to Channel 4 and became the first Dutch scripted series on Amazon Prime.

His latest feature, the war film Invasion for which he collaborated with the Royal Dutch Navy and shot entirely in the Caribbean, was released theatrically in 2024.
