Biography |
Solène Rigot (born 1992) is a French actress and musician. She is mostly known for playing the lead role in the Belgian movie Puppylove. Her first big role was in 17 Girls. Her performance was praised in the French movie Les Révoltés. She starred in the music video "Up All Night" by Beck. She is also a member of the French musical group known as Mr. Crock. The French newspaper L'Express reported that she grew up in the Paris suburb of Rosny-sous-Bois. In her interview to French magazine Les Inrockuptibles, she said that she took music lessons from childhood and then she auditioned for her first film La Permission de minuit. Solène Rigot, née en 1992, est une actrice française. Elle est aussi musicienne dans le groupe Mr Crock. Solène Rigot a grandi a Rosny-sous-Bois (Seine-Saint-Denis), a suivi des cours de piano et d'accordéon, ainsi que des cours de cirque, où elle se fait remarquer pour son premier film La Permission de minuit de Delphine Gleize. C'est surtout son rôle dans la série télévisée Xanadu en 2011 qui marquera la suite de sa carrière. Pour la première fois, elle tient un rôle principal dans Puppylove de Delphine Lehericey (2013), aux côtés de Vincent Pérez. Elle joue aussi de l'accordéon et du synthétiseur dans le groupe Mr Crock, lauréat du festival Ici et Demain, catégorie musique, en 2013. |
