Do a test. Send a browser request directly to the TMDb Service.
If you get back a page with plus or minus 70 lines, then your Key is working properly.
So the problem is with Kodi, or the Addon you're using. Seek help there.
In the example below, change [MY_KEY] with your API Key.
Put in the address bar of the browser and click Enter.
