500 status in the OPTIONS request when append_to_response presents

Hi! I've been trying to request movie's data. For example https://api.themoviedb.org/3/movie/16619?api_key=#####&append_to_response=credit,videos and get 500 error when append_to_response present in the OPTIONS request (GET executes OK).

The 500's with append to response should be fixed. Let me know if you see them again.
