Hello. I added some files and I noticed Kodi could not scrape them. I lost a lot of time trying to change their names but with no result. Early in this morning it was working well . Now, same problems. Some files are scraped but incorrectly...wrong year.... There should be something going on to your service.

I confirm. The TMDB search engine was not good before, but it is now catastrophic ... I think it's a bug. I am surprised to have no feedback from TMDB moderators or technicians. https://www.themoviedb.org/talk/5aa282bfc3a36829b000c3c0

I have been having the same issue. Some movies won't scrape at all even though they are here on the site. Others have begun scraping the wrong movie and I ca't get the correct one no matter what I change.

The weird thing is that, some hours ago, it was working fine....it scraped everything I had... after some hours, it doesn't work again....

I solved my problem! I had to force the addon update! I just tried to do that inside the addon but it could find only 5.1.8 version, that is the one that is giving me troubles. Selecting the addon ad using the left panel, I selected the update and it downloaded the 5.1.9 version, the one that works fine! I always have autoupdate selected...I don't know why it wasn't updated. It was the first thing I thought but it wasn't giving me any update available in Kodi repository. It was a struggle, though. Now I have fixed the archive on my android TV Kodi, on the firestick and on the phone. The other Kodi on an android box was autoupdated and worked, that made me think of a problem on tmdb servers....but It was a version problem. You should use 5.1.9.

Some movies are scraping, others are not (that did scrape before).
Two examples that did not scrape: "Little Fockers (2010).mkv" and "Maid in Manhattan (2002).mkv".
Yeah, but how to get that update.
My linux Mint Kodi says the last update was "TODAY", but it still shows version 4.1.5 active. And that's the highest version in the add-on list so I can't (don't know how to) force any higher update. Most people are poor coders, and updates like this leaves them up **** creek without a paddle. Until some other dozy coder comes along and fixes one thing and breaks another. Leo..

Download and install it manually:

Thanks for pushing me a bit. The "install from zip" was easier than expected. The add-on now reports v5.1.9, but... The problem is still there. Seems I have been barking up the wrong tree. The search goes on.

Gremlins at work. Did another rescan, and all titles were automagically imported. :)
