Why does my mediaplayer (Zidoo) not dispalay the changes ?

I make a transation of the overvieuw ( English to dutch) in the dutch section. I also upload a ( own translated Dutch) trailer at youtube to put it as trailer and it works. Only it doesn't show up in my mediaplayer who uses TMDB. Is there something i do wrong ? Or is it taking time to appear in a mediaplayer ?

Updates and changes made on TMDb are not immediately available to the API and third party websites/software that use the API. There's a cache on the API.
