I never used API Service in the new v4 - Token.
So I won't be able to help due to lack of knowledge.

I don't think it's possible to "create an account".
Using v4 - Token, you will give your friend authorization to use and edit your lists, from your account.

It is not possible to create an account on the WebSite using the API service.
Your friend needs to create an account for himself.

No, you don’t understand, I don’t use any api, I open the website, open the signup page, put name, password and email e try to create an account, and get error

The title of the page is: Invalid SignUp Token, and when I open the console on the browser show me 400 status code, the website only tell me was an error and try again

This is a new error for me. I never knew of any like that.
