In GIMP or photoshop is there a way to create "visually transparent" backdrops or place visually transparent pixel fillers on all 4 corners that will prevent TMDB from auto-cropping the uploaded image? I make logos that essentially conform with fanart standards and would like for these to remain the desired 800x310 size with the 20x buffer. I've seen a few logo uploads where this is accomplished but I'm not sure how it's done exactly.

Hi @michaelwesten,
I built the system and I have no idea how that happens.
We definitely try to trim the logos on purpose, and our policies state that they are preferred. Moderators will replace and/or delete logos with padding when they are reported so I wouldn't waste your time worrying about it here.

Thanks for the response Travis. I figured out a semi-transparency overlay that achieves the 800x310 non-cropped result. Here's an example upload - https://www.themoviedb.org/movie/13334/images/logos - https://image.tmdb.org/t/p/original/1JoGr8oO9j798p6hBfJyAsjw475.png
Would this example be a candidate for deletion?
