https://api.themoviedb.org/3/discover/movie?language=en&page=315&watch_region=GB&with_watch_providers=2&api_key=[API_KEY]

These 2 requests are asking for page 314 and page 315 from "/3/discover/movie"

But the movie Le Trou is shown in both of the 2 responses.

In the response to the first URL the movie appears at the end of the list.

In the response to the second URL the movie appears at the start of the list.

Is there a duplicate in the database, or is the "/3/discover/movie" URL showing duplicates for some reason?

If the ID's are the same, they're just the same item shown twice. Depending on what data has changed, and when each page was cached, you can run into duplicates across pages from time to time. We make no guarantee that each time scroll through the pages, you won't run into the odd duplicate from time to time.
