If on this page https://www.themoviedb.org/login, clicking to register redirects to the url https://www.themoviedb.org/signup" instead of https://www.themoviedb.org/signup, giving a 404 error

The actual link ends with a " (%22) character while the normal url should not have that.

What language are you browsing TMDB in? I don't see this in the English site, here's all 3 signup links from the login page:

I think he was talking about the one in the paragraph. I found a missing double quotation mark for that string on LocaleApp for locale it-IT, so I updated it.
