TMDB-Betatron changing release dates

Hello,
TMDB-Betatron (https://www.themoviedb.org/u/TMDB-Betatron) had changed the release date of Neighbours (2014) to 1965 - https://www.themoviedb.org/movie/195589-neighbors
The bot's description says "My job is to help gap fill the data on TMDB. If you see me doing something I shouldn't be, let us know in the forums" - so here's me doing that.
I haven't checked if there are more cases where it's changed the release date wrongly, but if the bot's job is to help fill the gaps in the data on TMDB, why was this film impacted? There already was a release date.

There's an ongoing thread in the General section of the forums titled "TMDB-Synchrotron" Bot looks to be making some odd changes ... for any mistakes made by TMDB-Betatron and its predecessor, TMDB-Synchrotron. I replied to the report with this mistake and linked your report.
