《GETUP! GETLIVE!》是一個由聲優飾演二次元搞笑藝人，並透過現場朗讀演出的方式表現搞笑段子的企劃，設定中是以一所專門培養搞笑藝人的養成所為舞台，描繪目標成為日本第一還有世界第一的年輕搞笑藝人們的故事。參與作品演出的聲優有花江夏樹與西山宏太朗、豊永利行與石川界人、阿座上洋平與熊谷健太郎、天崎滉平與梶原岳人，分別組成各自的團體登場。

Chibi shorts of the V.A.×2D Entertainer project GET UP! GET LIVE! The project's story centers on aspiring comedian entertainers who all gather at SSS, a talent agency for comedians. The story portrays the friction and jealousy in their rivaling careers, as well as their admiration towards industry veterans, their disappointments, and the obstacles to their success as they aspire to become the greatest entertainers in Japan and the world.

La historia del proyecto gira en torno a aspirantes a cómicos que ingresan en SSS (Super Star School), una agencia de talentos para comediantes. La historia retrata la tensión y los celos en sus carreras con sus rivales, así como su admiración hacia los veteranos de la industria, sus decepciones y los obstáculos que se presentan para conseguir el éxito, ya que aspiran a convertirse en los mejores de Japón y el mundo.
