Extra Details: The episode list is incorrect. According to both IMDB and Wikipedia, season 1, for example, only has 10 episodes. Please review the episode list for all seasons.

Neither IMDb or Wikipedia aired the series so their data is irrelevant. The data here should (and does) match how the website of the original network (FOX) listed the Seasons and Episodes at the time the episodes aired.

You could have said that without the condescending comment. I am new here and I didn't know TMDB followed that rule. You could just have said that this is according to how Fox, the channel that originally aired the show, listed the seasons and episodes and therefore, that is what TMDB uses as a source of information and I would have understood and reorganized my collection accordingly.

I was sincerely attempting to help, not be condescending, sorry if you took it that way.
As you've said you're new, there's a couple of things I may be able to offer further help with.
On certain series pages (Kitchen Nightmares included), if you click "Original Air Date", you have an option of various Episode Groups. It looks like the "Kitchen Nightmares (Original Air Date)" group matches the 10-episode Season 1 order. I've never used episode groups though so couldn't advise further on these.
Also, at the top of each series page, if you select Fandom > Discussions > Content Issues, you can see previous discussions about the series.

Sorry I misinterpreted your comment. It was the "Neither IMDb or Wikipedia aired the series so their data is irrelevant" part that sounded condescending.
I didn't know "the source of truth" for the shows but now I do so I reorganized the Kitchen Nightmares collection as per the TMDB order. I also found it interesting that the new Season 8 is classified as a new Kitchen Nightmares, reverted to Season 1.
I had also not realized the Previous Discussions page. Now I see this has been widely debated. I thought it was a support ticket system and not a post type system or I would have elaborated further. Again, learning :)
