The lead is cute and down to earth. Called a kind of redo of Columbo but I think it's more of a mix of all the Mystery Movies with the Fugitive. They use the yellow lettering font from the old NBC Mystery Movies which was lifted most recently when the end credits come up for Once Upon a Time in Hollywood.

The episode with the jerk dog is followed up by a very good episode about a metal band trying to get back to the top.

I'm on episode 5 and not a stinker in the bunch yet. A few genuine big laughs in this show.
