What the riot achieved - spoilers most likely

Most are mixed about new season, feels like one very long episode (esp for those who binged). It's like a big question for prisoners - was it worth it? Not counting the midwestern grandmas, what do you think at least made/will make a difference because of the riot? Big or small..
- Piscatella's end (though I prefer he face consequences for what was shown in the video)
- Red & Flores friendship, random
- Seeing Nichols look clean & pretty
- Flaritza gaining fans, and hopefully her last video
- Alex not so burdened by the guard she killed, it was self defense
- Linda at purchasing, when all's sorted out, should impact MMC
- Cindy, only season I'm not super annoyed at her
