LOCK all when correct thx... this shows release order is very F'd up and need all the help it can get from the MOD's

I'm too tired to deal with this right now, but it should be an easy fix. A user messed with the episodes a few days ago. We really can't leave anything unlocked.

A different user changed the wrong data back to the correct data; I went through and locked down the episodes numbers, titles, and airdates.

I fixed the production codes and the TVDB IDs.
