One part in Syndication
One part on CBS
On the current list, the episodes that aired in Syndication are listed first (with the exception of "The Turtles and The Hare" and "Once Upon a Time Machine" that are listed at the start of season 5) before the episodes that aired on CBS.
The airdates doesn't match the ones listed here : https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Teenage_Mutant_Ninja_Turtles_(1987_TV_series,_season_4)
By the way, if the episodes "The Turtles and The Hare" and "Once Upon a Time Machine" are considered as the start of season 5, there are only 39 episodes in season 4.

I removed the two recently created duplicates. We however need to find the original air dates for these episodes.
