No, they are not: https://www.themoviedb.org/tv/849-monty-python-s-flying-circus/season/0/episode/7 https://www.themoviedb.org/tv/849-monty-python-s-flying-circus/season/0/episode/8 That are the german episodes for the show, which is refered to in this duplicate post.

Check out the descriptions on https://www.themoviedb.org/tv/849-monty-python-s-flying-circus/season/0/episode/7 and https://www.themoviedb.org/tv/849-monty-python-s-flying-circus/season/0/episode/8 "The second special for WDR was the Pythons' rebuttal of a BBC proposal to send a compilation show to Germany. This program was filmed with one less burden: the cast could speak in English." Yes, the second one was in english, like you quoted above. Also the title is exaclty the same as "Monty Python's Flying Circus" and are also two episodes.
