לאחר שכמה ממלכות מתאחדות ליצירת ממלכה אחת לא יציבה, על מאסטר ספינג'צו מוטלת המשימה לאמן גיבורים חדשים. הם חייבים להציל את העולם מכוחות הרשע על ידי מציאת דרקונים יסודיים. העונה הזו נמצאת ב-United Arc ובהיותה העונה הראשונה בדור השלישי של הנינג'גו, היא גם הפרק הראשון שאיפס את ספירת הפרקים. היא לא נחשבת לעונה השש עשרה של נינג'גו.
