Tsukushi Makino goes to New York City to see Tsukasa Domyouji, whom she has not spoken to for almost a year. He acts surprisingly cold to her and Tsukushi eventually returns home without any answers. Tsukasa’s mother decides to hold his birthday party in Japan to annouce his engagement.
