Discuss The F.B.I.

This show had 8 long years on the air and was a big hit. But it all seems so utterly forgotten that watching it sounds like an obnoxious proposition. You actually feel there is something very, very wrong with the acting and/or stories and/or direction because it is all now so forgotten despite noted long life when the F.B.I. was in prime time!

My older brother and I were big fans of this show while we were growing up during its mid '60s to mid '70s original run. (I was too little during the mid '60s to be paying much, if any, attention, so probably personally came onboard as a fan in the late '60s or circa 1970).

Terrific show...though unfortunately I no longer am able to remember any of the particulars about it, other than that Efrem Zimbalist Jr. was the star and that it was (is) a cool, interesting, exciting series.

If I'm not mistaken, following each episode, didn't they always show a Most Wanted poster featuring a current top fugitive from justice?

Seems like I may have seen this series listed, either recently or sometime during the last 2-3 years, as airing in an early-a.m. time slot on one of the clasic t.v. networks such as MeTV, Antenna TV, or COZI. If I happen to spot it in any upcoming listings, I'll let you know.

Thanks, Gen.
