Pryde of the X-Men was een kortstondige serie over de X-Men, met als hoofdpersonage Kitty Pryde (wiens alias Shadow Cat is, hoewel ze in de serie nooit Shadow Cat wordt). Daarom heet de serie Pryde van de X-Men. De show werd geproduceerd door Marvel Productions en Sunbow Productions, die een pilot maakten voor NBC. De pilot werd uitgezonden, maar om onbekende redenen werd er nooit een volwaardige serie van gemaakt. Ondanks dat het geen volledige serie wordt, is de pilot in syndicatie uitgezonden en later op video uitgebracht.
