Veronika Gren, police officer and mother of two, struggles with her complicated family life and a secret tablet addiction. When she suddenly sees a dead boy standing in front of her, she thinks she has lost her mind. Reluctantly, Veronika has to accept that the boy is not an illusion. She realizes that she must uncover the truth and soon discovers that the clues lead her in a completely unexpected direction.
