It struck me again, while re-watching this episode, that Londo talks about how they should take it as a sign from the gods, that their emperor has died twice while dealing with Narn. But he says that emperor Turhan died while trying to make peace. Which is what Turhan actually wanted, but that's not what Londo and Refa said about what the emperor had told them: "Continue. Take my people back to the stars." And it seems unlikely that the actual truth would have come out, since only Londo and Refa knew what it was.

I guess JMS forgot about that.
