Discuss 火影忍者:疾风传

Item: ナルト 疾風伝

Language: en-US

Type of Problem: Design_issue

Extra Details: Show title possibly causing a conflict with my Infuse server, the app is picking up all of the relevant metadata for Season 1 but Season 2 onwards isn't picking up any metadata (no episode art, episode title or description).

Is it possible to change the show name from "Naruto Shippūden" to "Naruto Shippuden" - effectively, removing the umlaut above the 'U'?

Publically, we're unable to change the title of the show. Requesting Admin/Moderator to adjust.

The fact that your Infuse server is able to get metadata for season 1 is a proof that it correctly recognise the series and that the problem is not in its name.

For more investigation, you will have to contact the Infuse support team.

Ny the way, did you correctly number your episodes files ?

  • from S01E01 to S01E32 for season 1
  • from S02E33 to S02E53 for season 2
  • and so on.

Yeah I've been in touch with Infuse Support but nothing they've suggested has remedied the issue unfortunately.

The episode files are numbered and named according to TMDB's structure, I've even added the {tmdb-31910} at the end of the folder name to indicate where to look.

I've tried numbering differently in case it picks it up as 1 whole season as I'm aware there are different episode groups available but I understand it would likely pick up the first option/default before searching further.

It's a strange issue that I've only encountered with Naruto and Naruto Shippuden.

The only special thing on this show is the numbering of the episodes.
