Bad Spanish. Mano is feminine, should be "Mano Sangrienta" Some of the cast speak Spanish but they didn't write the script. If the phrase meant "mano" as an abbreviation for "hermano" then "Mano Sangriento" meaning "bloody brother" would be OK but I don't think that was the intention. However, at 7:15 Danny's informant says it correctly, although the subtitles are wrong.
