Nikita e Michael scoprono l'esistenza di un nuovo arto prostetico che darebbe a Michael l'opportunità di ritornare a essere quello di prima. Purtroppo il prezzo da pagare è molto alto. Alex e Sean sono incaricati di indagare all'interno della Divisione per scoprire chi si nasconde dietro un ammutinamento, i sospetti ricadono su Rachel, un agente operativo, che cerca di scappare ma viene catturata e interrogata da Ryan. Durante l'interrogatorio Rachel fa un passo falso e Ryan capisce che è solo un burattino e il burattinaio è Alex. Alex si sente minacciata da Ryan e gli spara mandandolo in coma. Rachel si prende la colpa per far si che Alex continui la sua manovra di sabotaggio.

Nikita y Michael se enteran de la existencia de una nueva prótesis de mano con la que Michael podría volver a ser el de antes, pero tiene un precio muy alto. Mientras tanto, Alex y Sean reciben el encargo de investigar quién, dentro de la División, está detrás de un motín que acaba en derramamiento de sangre.
