Discuss Haven

Spoiler alert. S3E11 The whole town went to sleep, or into comas, and only Audrey met one man who was awake, Will Brady. But Will was suffering from retrograde amnesia and didn't know who he was. Audrey was looking for the Skinwalker, also known as the bolt gun killer, a troubled person who killed people with a bolt gun to the base of the skull, then skinned them and wore their skins, looking exactly like them. Audrey suspected Will Brady of being the skinwalker/bolt gun killer. But she needed to work with him because she had to solve his trouble before everyone in town died, and she didn't have much time. So instead of locking him up she took around town trying to first figure out who he was, and then how his trouble worked.

But the whole time she took Will around town searching for clues, she always walked in front of him. That was strange. She considered him a potential threat to her, she thought he might be a serial killer. Yet she turned her back to him continually, the way she would with someone she trusted not to attack her. Given that the bolt gun killer always killed his victims from behind, she certainly was careless.

Also, at the end of the show she asked Nathan if the townspeople believed the cover story that they had all gone to sleep as the result of a gas leak, and Nathan told her that yes, they believed it.

What is the most unbelievable aspect of the show? There are several things which stretch credulity, but one of them is this idea that the townspeople could believe that all the weird things which happened in that town were due to gas leaks.

Even if they believed that story, why didn't they raise holy hell about it? Things blew up, caught fire, etc. fairly frequently in Haven during the troubles. Those people should have been demonstrating outside city hall, demanding that the entire gas delivery system be replaced.
