It's Hearth's Warming Eve and everypony is excited. Everypony except for Starlight Glimmer. Twilight decides that to cure Starlight of her holiday blues, she will read her one of her favorite Hearth's Warming Eve stories, "A Hearth's Warming Tale."

Pinkie Pie and Rarity are called to Canterlot to solve a friendship problem. Once there, they discover a father and daughter whose relationship is strained as they struggle to keep their restaurant open. Pinkie Pie and Rarity both want to help, but have different ideas on what “help” means.

Rainbow Dash attends the Daring Do Convention in Manehattan and meets a pony named Quibble Pants who despises Daring Do as much as she loves it. The two of them get wrapped up in a real life Daring Do adventure and must settle their differences if they have any chance of surviving the convention.

Although Starlight Glimmer is excelling at her magical studies with Twilight Sparkle, she has been avoiding her friendship lessons. Feeling pressure to impress her teacher, Starlight attempts to tackle several friendship problems at once, with questionable results.

Without the help of Twilight Sparkle and the Mane Six, Starlight Glimmer assembles an unlikely team of heroes to defend Equestria from the return of one of its greatest threats.

Starlight Glimmer leads an unlikely squad of rescuers against one of the ponies' oldest and greatest foes in order to save her friends and Equestria.

When the Friendship Map grows bigger to reflect the world beyond Equestria, the Mane Six realize they'll need a way to spread the message of friendship far and wide. Luckily, Twilight knows just what to do - open a School of Friendship.

Twilight must reunite her students to stand up for what's right when the Friendship School gets closed by the EEA.

When the ponies decide to go on a camping trip, Queen Chrysalis creates evil clones of the Mane 6 to help her steal the Elements of Harmony so she can use their power to get revenge on Starlight.

The students of Twilight's School of Friendship are cramming for "History of Magic in Equestria" exam in the school library when they discover a part of the school that no pony else knows about. When they decide to do some exploring they end up learning much more than they bargained for.

As the ponies prepare for another Hearth's Warming, families come together to celebrate the holiday; Pinkie Pie, Fluttershy, Applejack, Rarity, and Rainbow Dash are ready for the big day, but Princess Twilight Sparkle doesn't have time to celebrate.

Grogar sends his legion of doom on a mission to become allies, but his plan works too well and they almost become friends.

Twilight is determined to make Celestia and Luna's last Summer Sun Celebration memorable, but things start going horribly wrong.

When Big Mac and Sugar Belle decide to propose to each other, everything their friends do to help ends up making a mess of the whole thing.

The Mane Six face off against Equestria's most dangerous foes.
