Samantha gets involved in a fight against tearing down a neighborhood park for a supermarket. The bad news is that the park is owned by Darrin's new client, Mr. Mossler, and because of her involvement, Darrin ends up losing his job. Samantha saves the day when she brings one of the statues in the park to life to convince Mossler to stop with the construction.

Samantha découvre qu'un terrain de jeux loué à la ville devra faire place à un supermarché. Révoltée, elle mène la lutte contre les promoteurs. Cependant, Samantha doit arrêter son combat lorsqu'elle apprend que le promoteur est un client de Jean-Pierre, monsieur Mossler...

Dort, wo Tabatha und die anderen Kinder aus dem Viertel bisher so gerne spielten, soll ein riesiges Einkaufszentrum vom Baulöwen Mosler errichtet werden. Samantha ist empört und beschließt, gegen diesen Plan auf die Barrikaden zu gehen. Von ihrem Mann kann Samantha dabei keine Unterstützung erwarten, denn Mosler gehört zu seinen Werbekunden. Zum Glück kann sie sich nicht nur auf die Hilfe der anderen Mütter, sondern auch auf ihre Zauberkraft verlassen.

Samantha accompagna Tabatha nel parco del quartiere, dove la attende una sgradita sorpresa: il proprietario del terreno, Harlan Mossler, ha deciso di costruire un centro commerciale al posto del giardino. Tornata a casa, chiede consiglio a Darrin, il quale le consiglia di lottare per ciò in cui crede. Samantha decide di organizzare una protesta con tutte le mamme e il giorno dopo riescono a bloccare i bulldozer. Il Signor Mossler è costretto a lasciare una importante riunione alla McMann & Tate, di cui è cliente, per andare a parlamentare con queste madri ribelli…
