Who do you think is Mrs. S's mysterious informant, the one that found Dr. Virginia Coady in the mental institution?

At first I thought it was Delphine and no one else - but in episode 6, Delphine asked for this other informant.

Then I thought it's Ira - but he didn't even know Coady.

Any ideas who it could be?

I had this thought that maybe Ferdinand would help Mrs. S, because he hates Neolutionists and wants Rachel back. But would Mrs. S do that after what happened to MK?
