Overview
Doctor Who on brittiläinen BBC:n tuottama tieteistelevisiosarja. Television pisimpään jatkunut tieteissarja kertoo salaperäisen, ainoastaan nimellä Tohtori (”the Doctor”) tunnetun aikamatkaajan seikkailuista. Tohtorin motiivit eivät ole selvillä, mutta hän taistelee useita maapallon ja koko maailmankaikkeuden uhkia vastaan. Hänen suurimpia vihollisiaan ovat muun muassa dalekit, kybermiehet (cyberman) ja Mestari. Tohtorilla on usein mukanaan myös matkakumppani.
