When Saul was eating lunch...I know season just started but I really hope the ending of this series will be satisfying with the present story - is that it for Saul or what

And what's worse is that that Cinnebon Jimmy works at is unlike any Cinnebon that I have ever seen. The ones I've seen don't have seats inside of them.

Would he not have enough cash stowed away so he wouldn't have to work for $15 and hour?

Maybe he's on parole.

From what I remember from Breaking Bad, Walt was supposed to do the same like low profile new identity. Weird he chose to work there like in a mall though the sadness theme fits. I can picture him working in a farm or helping simple people.
We don't have Cinnabon here so idk about the seats if its supposed to be just a stall or like Krispy Kreme?

I thought this show was a prequel to Breaking Bad and that we are seeing everything about Jimmy. All the black and white scenes with Jimmy working at Cinnebon, are what Jimmy is doing presently (but after his fallout with Chuck and Kim) right before starts his Better Call Saul legal firm.

The scenes with him working at Cinnabon are after Breaking Bad. This is his life after going off the grid.

Saul has millions in cash. I think by the end he will go back and fight. The feds have very little on him. Only Hank had the goods on him and hes dead and Uncle Jack destroyed all the evidence. Mr White was just a client of his, there is no law against that

Yes it's after Breaking Bad - he looks extra old. Not sure if he will fight, it will all depend on what happens on BCS - if the characters are still alive during the events of Breaking Bad? Maybe he'll visit Kim or Chuck etc. He's less evil than Mr White so hopefully he'll have a happy or funny ending.

The black and white scenes are %100 his future. No one has mentioned it here, but at the end of the first "future scene" in season 1, he goes home to watch his old bcs ads. He sits on his lazy boy and the camera pans out and you see someone peek through his window. For me this tells me all I need to know about his eventual fate. Maybe I'm wrong but seems his past will catch up with him one way or another and he's going to end up dead or in jail.

I thought it was common knowledge and obvious that those scenes were after Breaking Bad while he is hiding out. Maybe I read it in an interview somewhere is why it was so obvious to me. I don't remember.

It's definitely obvious. In the first season he watches old commercials of himself, in the second season he writes "saul was here" on the wall and in the third one he yells to that kid about getting a lawyer. Not to mention he LOOKS 20 years older and black and white also indicates non linear storytelling. People just don't pay attention. Also he says something about relocating and managing a cinnabon in bb
