So, "Bingo!"? Are they going to use that to show entrapment of Jimmy by Chuck?

I don't know, seems too obvious, and Jimmy is much craftier than that. Also, Chuck and Hamlin would have easily realized that.

I thought so, too, but couldn't see another way they could be used. I hope someone has an idea.

Seems like blackmail. I really hate Chuck, but I never saw many BB episodes.

I believe so. Jimmy and Kim were pretty giddy about how that went down. Seemed way too easy when first watching and I wondered aloud why is Jimmy making or taking this so easy. I was waiting for Jimmy to say FU to the apology. But it looks like part of their plan to take Chuck & Howard down.

That scene was great, you were just waiting for him to say something to hurt Chuck and like attack him! Can't wait to see what they have planned.

Someone mentioned the original tape is legal evidence, and the copy is technically just a cassette tape.

Couple that with Jimmy's excuse about making "crazy" Chuck feel better about Chuck's mistake, and they have reasonable doubt.

I'm in the dark too, but I can't see "bingo" as anything but good. Hope we don't have to wait until the end of the season for them to turn the tables.

It will be even more interesting if this turns out to be true.

I was thinking maybe Mike kept a spare key for the new door and now they have confirmation of a second tape they can gain access to the house and switch it with a fake, (Jimmy would know where chucks safe is, Mike will Know a safe cracker) so when it plays in court it humiliates chuck.

This would play into the photographs showing chuck in a fragile or vulnerable state of mind.

My theory is weak though because I would expect the tape to be locked up in the offices of HMM, knowing the lengths Jimmy would go to save his own skin.

It would be ultra risky to try another illegal entry, I'd think. Additionally, how would they find a time when Chuck wasn't in? He doesn't get out much.

With the very resourceful Mike, I dare say almost anything is possible. Perhaps a discreet knock-out gas on Chuck and then do the swap?

At this point I wouldn't put anything past Jimmy and Kim. If they need him out of the house they will think of a way.

Alternatively a safe cracker could do it at night, chuck has no security system. Like I say it is a weak theory but that tape has to be played and I can't think of a scenario where it looks good for Jimmy.

They could try and say his confession was a lie in order to calm chuck down but I would expect HMM to have considered this.
