What happened to Chuck (spoilers)

I really hate when a great supporting character is sacrificed for the sake of growing the character arc for the main character. I really am going to miss Chuck. The show won't be the same without him. Such a senseless death- suicide. I wonder how Jimmy will react to the news of his brother's death and knowing that his actions caused it?
And what's more, since the time spent on Chuck is gone, it will no doubt be filled with the stupid boring drama between Hector Salamanca, Gus, Nacho and Mike. I'm so bored with all for of them.

Why does Chuck have to be dead? Some do-gooder could be passing by and drag him out of the fire. Even if he is badly injured, there could be lots of good stuff with Jimmy or Howard with medical power of attorney.

Pretty sure he's dead - the writers confirmed they weren't going to do a fake out, plus the actor himself has since been interviewed discussing when he was told it was going to be the end of the line for Chuck...

Agree, they don't want another Jesse shooting Gale situation.
